αδειοδότηση και την έναρξη λειτουργίας επιχειρήσεων
Περισσότερες από 4500 επιχειρήσεις χρησιμοποίησαν κατά τον πρώτο μήνα λειτουργίας του, το πληροφοριακό σύστημα που υποστηρίζει την ηλεκτρονική υποβολή γνωστοποίησης, την διαδικασία με την οποία απλοποιείται ριζικά η αδειοδότηση και επιταχύνεται η έναρξη λειτουργίας επιχειρήσεων.
Μέχρι πρόσφατα, απαιτούνταν τουλάχιστον 30 μέρες κατά μέσο όρο για την έκδοση μιας άδειας. Πλέον, με τον νόμο 4442/2016 του Υπουργείου Οικονομίας, η λειτουργία μιας επιχείρησης αρχίζει άμεσα με την ηλεκτρονική γνωστοποίηση των απαραίτητων στοιχείων μέσω του πληροφοριακού συστήματος.
Οι δραστηριότητες που υπόκεινται, σε αυτή την πρώτη φάση, στο καθεστώς γνωστοποίησης, είναι:
* Μεταποιητικές δραστηριότητες τροφίμων και ποτών
* Καταστήματα Υγειονομικού Ενδιαφέροντος
* Τουριστικά καταλύματα και πισίνες εντός αυτών
* Κέντρα Αποθήκευσης και Διανομής
Σύμφωνα με τα συγκεντρωτικά στοιχεία του πρώτου μήνα λειτουργίας του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος:
* 3.229 επιχειρήσεις χρησιμοποίησαν το σύστημα για να γνωστοποιήσουν την έναρξη μιας επιχειρηματικής λειτουργίας.
* 928 για να δηλώσουν τη μεταβολή στοιχείων και χαρακτηριστικών.
* 325 για να δηλώσουν την παύση λειτουργίας τους ή την ακύρωση γνωστοποίησης που είχαν υποβάλλει.
* 250 για να μεταβιβάσουν μια δραστηριότητα.
Από το σύνολο των 4.760 επιχειρήσεων που χρησιμοποίησαν την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα, οι 3.425 περιπτώσεις αφορούν καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος, οι 766 τουριστικά καταλύματα, οι 202 μεταποιητικές δραστηριότητες τροφίμων και ποτών, οι 189 αυτόματους πωλητές, οι 138 πισίνες και οι 40 κέντρα αποθήκευσης και διανομής.
Η ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα λειτουργεί στη διεύθυνση: www.notifybusiness.gov.gr. Η είσοδος γίνεται μέσω των κωδικών πρόσβασης στο TAXISNET.
